● About
Why Collective ARC?
Many organizations talk about impact — Collective ARC is built around action. Rooted in athletics and community, ARC brings people together through sustainability, education, and advocacy.
Rather than focusing on scale or perfection, Collective ARC shows up locally, creates access, and builds momentum through shared effort. It’s this commitment to participation and care that turns ideas into meaningful change.
● Our Mission & Principles
Our Principles
●
Action Over
Intention
We believe real impact comes from showing up and doing the work. Collective ARC prioritizes hands-on action, participation, and follow-through over ideas that never leave the page.
●
Access Over Exclusivity
Community impact should be accessible, not gated. ARC creates opportunities that welcome participation across backgrounds, experience levels, and resources.
●
Athletes as Community Leaders
Athletes bring influence, discipline, and visibility into community spaces. ARC center athletes as collaborators and leaders in sustainability, education, and advocacy efforts.
●
People Over Perfection
We value connection, learning, and progress over polished outcomes. ARC embraces growth, iteration, and the real relationships built along the way.
● Our Story
Meet Aiden
Aiden McFadden grew up in West Chester surrounded by the people and places that shaped his belief in showing up for others. From an early age, he understood the power of community - and how shared effort can turn small moments into something bigger.
Now a professional soccer player with Louisville City FC, Aiden uses his platform to create tangible, local impact. What began as hands-on efforts like thrift exchanges, school visits, and community partnerships has grown into Collective ARC - an athlete-led organization centered on sustainability, education, and advocacy. Today, Aiden works alongside fellow athletes, educators, and volunteers to build momentum through action and care. Shoutout to uncle Don (pictured) for believing in me and winning those $100.
